The portal contains integrations with SAM.gov (<a href="https://sam.gov/content/about/terms-of-use">https://sam.gov/content/about/terms-of-use</a>) and Census.gov (<a href="https://www.census.gov/data/developers/about/terms-of-service.html">https://www.census.gov/data/developers/about/terms-of-service.html</a>).<br> <br> <b>Prohibited Activities</b><br> I will not share any password(s), account(s), or other methods of authentication with others.<br> I will not install, modify, or remove any software or code.<br> I will not attempt to impersonate another user or individual.<br> I will not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.<br> I will not use data mining, bots, or other data gathering and extraction tools to collect, copy, or disseminate data from the portal.<br> I will not use bots to download or copy data from the portal.<br> I will not use the portal for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws, regulations, or treaties.<br> I will not use the portal to harass, threaten, or abuse any other user, ARC employee, contractor, agent, officer, directors or partners.<br> I will not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.<br> I will not upload, post, or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others unless I have the appropriate permissions.<br> <br> <b>Disclaimer and Warranties</b><br> The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ARC does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Portal or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Information submitted through the portal and uploaded into the portal is subject to the ARC Open Records Policy.<br> <br> <b>Limitation of Liability</b><br> In no event shall ARC, its officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other legal or equitable theory for: (1) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (2) the cost of procurement of substitute products or services; or (3) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.<br> <br> <b>General Representations</b><br> You hereby warrant that (1) your use of the Portal and the services associated to it will be for official purposes only, in strict accordance with the Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations, and (2) your use of the Portal and services associated to it will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.<br> <br> <b>Miscellaneous</b><br> This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between ARC and you concerning the use of the Portal and its associated services and may only be modified by the posting of a revised version on this page by ARC.<br> <br> <b>Disputes</b><br> Any disputes arising out of this Agreement and access to or use of the Portal shall be governed by federal law.<br> <br> <b>BY USING THIS PORTAL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.</b><br> <br> <br> </div>
